anorectal and liver patient diet chart for 10 days..
1- Do not consume clove.
2-Do not consume urad dal.
3-Stop gutka, alcohol, cigarettes, sleep, depression pills and sexual activities for 10 days.
4-Consume two glasses of orange juice a day for 10 days. Due to non-availability of orange juice, consume a glass of lemon water without adding white salt or rock salt mixed with black salt and cumin for about 10 days.
5- Have breakfast early in the morning. Do not remain on empty stomach for long. In breakfast, you can consume all types of fruits except banana and can also use cucumber, radish, carrot etc.
6- Do not eat once for 6-10 days and take small meals throughout the day.
7- Amount of food intake: Keep half the stomach empty for food, one fourth for water and one fourth for air.
8- Consume radish leaves vegetable as much as possible.
9. You can take pulses, roti, vegetables and rice in your food. Do not use raw materials in your food for 10 days.
10- Drink more drinking water.
11- Consume more pure cow ghee.
12- You can consume curd and buttermilk.

All doctors should note that in piles, fissures and fistulas, fomentation of ice cold water is considered more beneficial than hot water. In olden times, hot fomentation was considered beneficial in these diseases because hot water has antibacterial effect. But in this way the movement of blood increases, due to which there is no relief in pain. However, it has been found in some research that applying ice cold water helps in controlling the pain due to clotting of blood. Bleeding can be cured for several hours. According to the medical theory of about 100 years, there were very few means of getting ice, perhaps 100 years ago only 1 means of water freezing were available within a radius of 500 kilometers, hence no attention was paid to this solution.
