The Brain’s Quiet Healing.
Beneath the weight of endless strain,
The mind reshapes, it learns again.
Each worry etched, a pathway deep,
A restless current, stealing sleep.

But healing comes, though slow, not fast,
Like rivers carving stone at last.
The tangled knots of fear unwind,
And gentler threads begin to bind.

The storm does not erase the sky,
Nor silence every grieving cry.
Yet with each dawn, new roots take place,
And light returns with tender grace.

So trust the time, the patient flow,
The seeds of calm will learn to grow.
For even stress, though sharp, unkind,
Cannot forever cage the mind.

Seasons Within

Moving forward, lessons stay,
Like petals opening to greet the day.
Flowers bloom, then fade from sight,
Teaching us endings can birth new light.

Seasons change, the rivers flow,
Through every storm, new roots we grow.
Step by step, come what may,
We rise, we learn, we grow each day

Kind people are the sunshine beams
That light the path of quiet dreams.
With gentle hands and open hearts,
They heal the world in little parts.

They speak in tones both calm and true,
And lift you when you’re feeling blue.
They give without a thought of gain,
And soften every hurt or pain.

Like silent stars in skies so wide,
They walk with grace, and love as guide.
A smile, a word, a helping hand—
They build what hatred cannot stand.

So here’s to those who choose to care,
Whose kindness lingers in the air.
They make this world a better place,
With every quiet act of grace.

Dear August, Don’t Leave Me Sad

Dear August, my sweet summer flame,
Your name is music, a golden name.
You kiss the skies with amber light,
And wrap my soul in warm twilight.

Each day you pass, you fade too fast,
A fleeting dream I cannot grasp.
I beg the sun to hold you near,
To keep your whispers in my ear.

When September calls, I’ll miss your touch,
The way you gave me love so much.
So linger, darling, with all you had—
Dear August, don’t leave me sad.

Phoenix in Pieces

You are breaking me into pieces, slow and sweet,
Not with anger, but where love and silence meet.
Each word you speak is a careful flame,
Burning soft, yet never the same.

You hold my heart like it’s glass in the rain,
Cracking it gently, not causing pain.
You don’t shout, don’t fight — just let me fall,
As if breaking was never violent at all.

But love, you don’t see the fire beneath,
The pulse of ashes, the wings in the wreath.
You see the pieces — not the rise,
Not the storm sleeping behind my eyes.

I am Phoenix, born to burn and fly,
I fall, yes — but never just to die.
Each shard you leave is kindling, gold—
A story of strength you never told.

So break me into pieces, I won’t plead—
Each one is a promise, a buried seed.
And when I rise, full flame, full flight—
You’ll know I was never just broken right.
