एक पल के लिए सब साथ है, और दूसरे पल हम महफिलों में भी अकेले.

एक पल के लिए हजारो बात है, और दूसरे पल में सन्नाटा मुझे घेरे.

एक पल के लिए संदेशो की भरमार है, और दूसरे ही पल एक खाली दास्तान है।

अगर सच कहु तो,

इस तनहाई से दोस्ती भी कुछ खास है, बाकी तो मौको पे यार है बस यही है जो हर घड़ी में आपके साथ है।

आजकल हर दिन लम्बे और रात मुश्किल लगती है,
आँखों से नींद ओझल सी रहती है,

हम लाख कोशिश कर ले, तुम भूल जाने की,
तुम्हारी याद हर घड़ी, इस दिल में रहती है।

रात भी होगी, दिन भी होगा,
पर तेरा मासूम चेहरा नहीं होगा.

पर तेरा हंस के यू खिलखिलाना नहीं होगा
सच है मेरे दोस्त, तुम्हारे बिन गुजारा नहीं होगा.

ऐ मेरे शहर , मेरे घर
मिले तुमसे बरसो हुए, पर कभी तु इतना अलग न लगा
सड़क खली है , भीड़ गायब है , तू खामोश सो रहा है,
कैसे तेरा ये संन्नाटा सिसकियों में तब्दील हो रहा है,
किस घडी में बुलाया है तूने मुझे , कोई अपना दर्द में है, और कोई अपनों को खो रहा है!!

I feel big lump in throat or sometimes in chest or few times in stomach as well . sometime I feel I can handle well, sometimes it crashes downhill. I want everything back to normal even when I know nothing will be same again..I want all to let it out but then I know I don't have words at all. Who and why these are two questions which comes and go.. somtimes I think I might need help or sometimes I feel any help will make me weak and vulnerable. It's both ways I think , I need you and sometimes I don't need you at all.
