Don't expect life to be a pencil where you just erase all the mistakes
Rather it's a pen
One makes mistakes then cuts it off and moves ahead preventing any similar mistake
Remember the more line you draw for cutting the wrong word will just make the paper more ugly and waste your time

I've realized everyone doesn't always need advice
Some people just need to know they are heard so here I'm, listening.
Listening to why you choose tails when you toss a coin, or why you prefer walking on the left side of the road or maybe why flowers remind you of thorns!
I am also okay if you just wanna say "I'm good" to my "how are you?"
But
On days when just a simple hi verges you to being teary eyed or when you see your dreams running miles in front of you and you are all out of breath!
Come, sit with me, tell me how you want to give up because you are tired but also somewhere not done yet and still want to run.
I ask questions more often than I give answers and I'm honest when people ask how I'm doing
because sometimes that question in the right tone with a nice smile is all that's needed to remind me,
I'll be alright.

I used to think that friends were the people that you could laugh and talk to. Now I understood friends aren't that.

Do you know what I've noticed?
Complete strangers are more inclined to help you succeed rather than people you actually know.

Another thing that becomes clear as we grow up
IS realizing that many of your friends aren't actually your friends.

If you are tempted to count the number of friends you have, make sure you can actually count on them.

Don't be disappointed if people refuse to help you.One of the truest tests of integrity is its blunt refusal to be compromised.

When we ask God for something we are letting him know we believe he will answer our request and this takes boldness. Seeking requires effort and takes time.
Knocking at a door is interruptive, takes persistence and puts you in a position where you risk being rejected or ignored.This is exactly praying in the boldest way.
