How dare you judge me,
You, who has eaten for free.
I starved as I watched you.
Why not me? I feel it is due.
My sweat & tears mixed as one.
Spilt my blood to stand & become.
And now a great table lays before me.
Watch me eat, but know - not for free.
-
I am tired I am spent.
I've been at it so long.
My back is now bent.
I know I don't belong.
But here I am-
Standing in dissent.-
In the good book it's written,
"Give & you shall recieve."
But all you did was to take,
Now your fate is to be deceived.
You ask for mercy, there is none.
You beg charity, you showed none.
All have left, as you're now done.
-
Imagine a world.
They speak a tongue,
You don't understand.
You want to learn.
But they will not teach.
Everyday - you fall behind.
-
I would love you,
if I only knew how.
I want to learn,
but it's too late now.-
The world is deaf,
my cries go unheard.
The world is blind,
my tears shed unseen.
I am not among men,
Maybe I am machine
As I learn, I will do.
My day will come....
-
Why do you play games?
Hurt me just because you can.
My love for you fades.-
Without you - my beloved.
The finest wine tastes
but of plain water.
The seat atop seven heavens
but a wooden chair.
Life itself so precious
but a wait from cradle to grave.-
I was half drunk,
Half I was in sense.
I spoke - My heart sunk.
For you to laugh at my expense.
-
I could tell you,
but you wouldn't care.
I could call you,
but you wouldn't come here.
I could beg,
but it'll fall on deaf ears.
I choose to walk away,
As you were never there.-
