What is TIME ?— % &If your answer is 4 a.m, then you are answering a numeric value created by human being based on a device which has fix rotation in a unit duration. Since Humans created this device to sync their life, this answer is totally abstract.— % &If you say time is based on YEARS, then the concept of YEARS are again constructed by human for the same reason we had created the CLOCK.— % &If you say Time is based on Hindu Panchanga and is divided into individual PAHARs, this might seems like a plausible explanation but again, it's a human construct ! A complex and more precise construct but still a construct.
Because the values in Panchanga are derived from the rotation of cosmic entities, particularly planets and constellations.— % &So, the nearest we can infer is that the very definition of TIME is somewhere related to the rotation. Because for every culture and civilization, we have found that they created the abstraction of TIME based on rotating entities - be it mechanical system of clock or cosmic entities like planets, galaxies or constellations— % &But what if we eliminate the rotation ? What if planets, stars, galaxies have never rotated ? Would Hindus have said that there is no TIME in existence ?

हो गई है पीर पर्वत सी पिघलनी चाहिए
इस हिमालय से कोई गंगा निकलनी चाहिए

आज ये दीवार पर्दों की तरह हिलने लगी
शर्त लेकिन थी कि ये बुनियाद हिलनी चाहिए

हर सड़क पर हर गली में हर नगर हर गाँव में
हाथ लहराते हुए हर लाश चलनी चाहिए

सिर्फ़ हंगामा खड़ा करना मिरा मक़्सद नहीं
मेरी कोशिश है कि ये सूरत बदलनी चाहिए

मेरे सीने में नहीं तो तेरे सीने में सही
हो कहीं भी आग लेकिन आग जलनी चाहिए

When you are aimless in life and possess no control over your focus,
Easily distracted by meager attachments,
React on instincts not on reasoning,
And last but not the least -
You are a low hanging fruit.

Those who have responsibilities or ambitions on their way, they don't have liberty to easily fall in love.
