LIMERICK on Shakespeare's birthday on 21 st April

There was a man named Shakespeare
Through his bald head he created king Lear
I wanted to marry one
Just like him someone
But to marry a bald head,
Oh dear!

मुझे स्वयं करना पड़ा प्रतिगमन
उन अंधेरी गलियों में
जहां काल्पनिक भ्रम के
सुनहरे जाल हैं
जो वास्तविकता से परे
अनबुझ और अज्ञात हैं।

Forgiveness for mistakes
Known and unknown
Done inadvertantly and Deliberately.
As a child and when I grew
Needless to say
We are never aware of
Our mistakes.

My love soars like
A bird's flight to sky
In ecstacy galore.

Warmth of awareness
Not winterish coldness
For my humble poetry.

Sincerity of heart
Contentment of soul
To nourish my efforts
Not silence and
Disapprobation.

चांद हमारा अभिन्न मित्र
हमारे अकेलेपन का साक्षी
बेहिचक और स्थिरता से बना सहचर
ग़लती हमारी कि बनाते नहीं
हम उसे हमदर्द और हमसफर।

Elated they ran
Losing all gumption
Embarassing the parents.
Competitions aren't liked
Team work is laudable
In the School
On the playground
None are winner or loser.

मैंने सोचा उन चंद मुलाकातों से
कोई नई कविता लिख लूं
हंसी ठिठोलियों से रंगीन समा सजा लूं
लजीज दावतों से
मुंह का जायका बदल डालूं
नई मुलाकातों से दोस्ती का सिलसिला
आगे बड़ा लूं; वार्तालापों से नए मजमून सोच लूं
उन तारीफों से नई कहानी रच लूं।
जिंदगी कि हर छोटी-बड़ी मुलाकातों से जिंदगी जीने का अंदाज बदल डालूं।

और बाहर मूसलाधार बरसात
जो आह्लादित करती प्रकृति मानव को
पर मेरे आंसूओं का सैलाब
मेरी व्यथा-कथा, मेरा सैलाब
मेरी आत्मा धुल कर होती
पाक, उजली, और साफ।

Distrustworthy world
intoxicates with sweet talks
deserts to embrace others for gains.
