You spoiled the whole painting.
The more I tried to correct all of your mess,

The plant was kept in the only window of
his consulting room.
It was a small closed room with one door for a door
and a little window through which the sun
occasionally peeped in.
Closed just like him.
With strong walls enough to not let the storms
going on inside to be known to the world.
He'd rarely allow very few to peep in
through the window.
But that was it.
And seeing that plant that she gifted
on the window sill somehow felt nice.
It was taken care of very well and it showed
in it's fresh green leaves and new shoots coming up.
