A fallen tree doesn't look much devastating things to humans, it's a mere tree but for the birds that lives in it has the hearting sadness as their house is destroyed, there food is vanished and now they are homeless.
Environment is unhappy because the one of the cooling member is dead, still it will be beneficial to the nature as it will be humus and will help other trees to grow.
How magnificent it is that a fallen tree is still as useful as it was alive. Humans will have wood from it and plant will have humus and much more.
