हौसलों का है किनारा,
हर तूफ़ान से टकराकर, हमने खूद को है सँवारा,
अंधेरो में भी रोशनी की,एक किरण चमकती है,
गिरकर उठने की आदत,
हमे और मजबूत करती है,
राहों में काटें मिले तो , हमने फूल बना ङाला ,
हर मुश्किल को पार कर , खुद को और सजा ङाला,
सपनों की ये उड़ान कभी,
रोकने नहीं दी जाएगी,
आंधियां लाख आए मगर, लौ बुझने नहीं दी जाएगी....

बस एक मुस्कान काफ़ी थी ।
जो दिल के जज़्बात कह देती,
वह छोटी सी बात काफ़ी थी ।

यूँ शब्दों के साए क्यों बून दिए,
खामोशी की सौगात काफ़ी थी।
जो आँखों से बयां हो जाता,
वो हल्की सी मुलाकात काफ़ी थी।

इतनी रोशनी की क्या जरूरत,
जब तेरी मौजदूगी ही चांदनी थी।
यूँ एहसासों का बोझ क्यूँ दिया,
बस थोड़ा सा प्यार काफ़ी था....

दिल की बातें दिल में होना पडेगा।
कुछ ख्वाहिशें मुकम्मल होगी,
और कुछ ख्वाहिशों को खोना पडेगा।
चाहत के रंग में रंगोगे अगर,
हर खुशी का दर्द भी सहना पडेगा।
हसीन लम्हों में भी दर्द आयेगा,
जख्मों को मुस्कान से धोना पडेगा।
चमकती आखों में भी ख्याब सजेगा,
पर टूटने पर संभलना पडेगा।
सपनों के पिछे जब भी भागोगे,
हकीकत से दूर होना पडेगा।
वादों की डोर जब टुट जाएगी,
खुद को अकेला खोना पड़ेगा।
फूलों के संग कांटे भी मिलेंगे,
ज़ख्मों को सहकर भी जीना पड़ेगा।
मोहब्बत का ये दस्तूर है साथी,
हर मुस्कान के बाद रोना पड़ेगा

Dreams unfold in a whimsical play

Golden sunlight dancing on my resting face,
Yet in my mind , I'm in a distant place

Shadows strech and time stands still,
The world outside bends to my will

A symphony of quite fills the air,
Peaceful moments, beyond compare

But when I wake , the world's bright ray,
Reminds me, it's life calling–no time to stray

ये दिल की बात पुरानी है,
जिनसे रिश्ते गहरे थे,वो अब हमे अनजाने हैं ।
खूद से कहे तो दर्द बढ़े,औरों से कहें तो बेमानी,
इस दिल की उलझन का हल ,बस चूप रहना ही ठानी।

बातें करे तो किसे करें ,
कोई अपना लगता नहीं,
दर्द दिल में छुपा रहे, कोई समझता नहीं।
चाहे जो भी कह लें हम , दिल को राहत मिलती नहीं।
तन्हाई में जी रहे , दूनिया सुनती नहीं।

And battles fought in vain
