સંગઠન એટલે શું? સરસ લખ્યુ છે સમજ એજ સંગઠન છે.
સંગઠન માં - કાયદો નહીં, વ્યવસ્થા હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - સુચના નહીં, સમજ હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - કાનૂન નહીં, અનુશાસન હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - ભય નહીં ભરોસો હોય છે
સંગઠન માં- શોષણ નહીં, પોષણ હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - આગ્રહ નહીં, આદર હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - સંપર્ક નહીં સંબંધ હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - અર્પણ નહીં, સમર્પણ હોય છે.
સંગઠન માં - ખોટી વાતો ફેલાવીને સંગઠન ને તોડનાર પણ હોય છે પરંતું તે પારકો નહીં આપણો જ હોય છે.
એટલે જ સ્વયં ને સંગઠનમાં જાળવી રાખો
સંગઠન સામૂહિક હિતો માટે હોય છે.
વ્યક્તિગત સ્પર્ધા કે સ્વાર્થ માટે સંગઠન હોતું નથી.-
