Some people are like sweaters.....

They give warm blessings and togetherness.
Sometimes, they irritate and cause itchiness that lasts the whole day, but they protect us from cold winds, just as they protect us from bad environments, dust, and negative people. They provide the warmth of happiness to our inner lives, and whenever we talk with them, we feel the warmth of love. Even when they bring discomfort, they teach us important lessons and help us grow. Just like a sweater, they are there when we need them the most, offering comfort and support through life's challenges. In the end, despite the occasional itchiness or irritation, we are grateful for their presence, because they make us feel safe and loved.

Look at
your mind and see if there is space. Or is your mind so so full of knowledge, problems, desires, longings and fears that it has no space within it? You must have space in order to understand. If you are committed, if you are occupied all the time, as you are, where is the space? Without space, you are going round and round in circles.....
