ಯಾವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹತಾಶರಾಗದಿರಿ. ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರಿ.
ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಋಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಭಾವನೆ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರಿ. ಚಿಕ್ಕ-ಪುಟ್ಟ
ಮಾತಿಗೂ ಏನೋ ಅರ್ಥ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮುದುಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲೂ ಸಾವು ಕೇಕೆ ಹಾಕುವಾಗಲೂ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿರಿ.
ಆಪತ್‌ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ತವನಿಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಹಾಯಹಸ್ತ ಚಾಚಿ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಡಿ. ಬದುಕಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಸುಖಿಸುವ ಮನದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮದಾಗಿರಲಿ.
ಕನಸು ಮನಸಿನಲಿ ಇತರರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ನೀಡುವ ವಿಕೃತ ಸುಖದ ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಬೆಡಿ.
ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲ ಮನೋವ್ಯಾಧಿಗಳ ಮೂಲ ಅಸೂಯೆ, ಅಹಂಕಾರ, ತೀರಲಾರದ ಹಣದ ಹಸಿವು. ಪರನಿಂದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದ ಭಯ.
