Thinking positive gives +1
While negative becomes -1

Helping someone adds to your account
While defaming someone will substract the amount.

Being satisfied in what you have increases the account
Finding flaws in life will decrease the amount.

To be happy in life
You have to add more
And
Substract less.
Because
