We are always hurt by the results and not during the process.
Why don't we forget about the results and just concentrate on process and be happy forever? — % &-
Spend times with your loved ones as much as possible. You never know what's coming. Keep your Ego aside and forgive everyone, you don't want to curse yourself for the rest of your life. Reach out to people for help if you feel scared, and let me tell you that it's okay to be scared, it just means that you have something to lose. The situation is temporary and we have to win not just for ourselves but for our loved ones also.
