You said you were my best friend
But the time I needed you the most
I found you nowhere
You said you will always be by my side
And I thought we were besties till the world ends
But when I was on the verge of an end, you were nowhere
We had so many good times together
We shared so many memories together
Did those really mean something to you
Or was it just me
People say breakup hurts the most
Does it also include a breakup of a beautiful bond of friendship
Or is it just relationships
I know you are nowhere still
To listen to my whinging
Maybe I lost you somewhere in the old town
Maybe I lost you somewhere in our old college
Maybe I lost you somewhere in my memories too
And to be honest I don't have any more energy left in me to search for you
Today I decided to write my heart out
To all the things I wanted to share
But no one to listen
Because maybe I chose only you
To be a part of the library of my lifebook
And read all chapters of it
But now that you are gone
And the book is shut forever
Or ever till I think of giving my life another chance
Another chance for a new person to be the part of my lifebook
Here opens the dairy
That I know will go nowhere ever!
