I write a verse with no words
and tried calling it a poetry.
Just like your love for me
a null void victory.

I DON'T DO LOVE ANYMORE

I deny to feel what my heart asks me to feel,
but I that's not how I can love or even heal.
Leaving behind the world of reality;
Living in a delusion, I try to find the clarity.
Am I the same as I was a month ago? I say
Aren't you in love again? My heart sways.
I deny to answer my heart as it already knows,
these feelings keep on swinging to and fros.
To stop feeling this love, I stop my heart from fluttering;
And everytime I do this, I cry for the feelings I am murdering.
Is this the only way to not feel?
Is this the only way to stop love from making its appeal?
Tell me how do you stop yourself from feeling;
tell me how do you stop yourself from falling.

A broken heart writes better they say,
have you seen a broken pencil write?
No, it just tries to scribble,
leaving behind its traces;
that is what a broken heart does,
it tries to write the love it lost
for its traces to be left behind, to be read.

• A N U N K N O W N W A L K •

How did you find your way back to my heart?
I thought you've been permanently lost.
Oh see! I once again forgot,
I kept guiding you throughout, no matter what.

I walked besides you like a shadow,
in dark lane like the moon,
holding your love that was shallow.

With the little crimsons that my heart bleeds,
with the tornado in my mind that he never reads;
as I write this I know that my pen might never forget
the pain I took for the love I gave and that's what I regret.
He, who was never in love, bears no debt;
I, who kept loving, doesn't know how to unlove him yet.

Darling, they say you've to kiss a lot of frogs to find your Prince;
but sometimes your first might be your last, if he ain't a jinx.

The other guy you meet may not be the one, hope you cognize this;
not every person that enters your life is gonna stay,
some are lessons, some are stories
while some, you'll pray to stay away.
You've been together for years and this calls for a marriage,
is just another myth;
things doesn't always go the way they say.
If it doesn't feel like love anymore, you don't need to find a ray to stay.
Leave when you feel like, hold when you know things can go right.
Don't push yourself, don't push the love you no longer have.

Your Prince waits for you at the end of the river filled with frogs,
he would never let you question if it was worth
because he knows how to make things work.

You may date to marry, but don't get married just because you're dating.
Find the similarities in what you desire,
find the one who respects your wishes and really admire.

~Love comes with compromises & sacrifices,
but don't let a mere frog be your prince
in the urge of fulfilling your commitments & promises~

THE SHIP THAT REACHES THE SHORE -

The one's who prevent rusting of their ship by keeping it covered from the evil eyes,
cleaning the dilemma regularly,
makes sure that their ship is sailing smoothly.
They priorly check
how much does the future weighs,
and if their ship can take the bulk.
The assurance in the wind helps them
to maintain the balance, easing out
the bulk and pressure.

Hence, they are assured that
their ship is gonna reach
the shore of "Happily ever after".

THE SHIP THAT SINKS -

Your relationSHIP has to go on a voyage
with all the cartons.
If you know that the ship is going to sink and it might take away each and every carton in it, what is that one thing you should safeguard?

Well when you look at it, you know that you might get back anything but not the "time".
Think twice before putting
the precious carton named time
in a ship with rusty society and
bulky future.
The chances of it sinking in a storm
is always higher.

• relationSHIP •

Every relationship once go through a storm that breaks it apart or binds it forever.
The one's who choose to stick together are the one's who make it to the shore.

The ship in a relationship is driven by the love, that ship is loaded with many cartons namely trust, loyalty, time, understanding, care and mainly the future.
That ship is built with many layers, the two in love are the strongest layer while the society is the the weakest layer, at times the society's layer weakens the ship by rusting it in the name of caste and religion.
It doesn't allow the ship to move smoothly, thereby making it difficult for love to drive it in the storms.

I have seen many ships sinking because
sometimes the weight of the future
and the rust caused by society intensifies.

I come from an India where
my society asks me to love and accept
the religion but the same society says
that the religion doesn't accept my love.

Ofcourse I miss you,
maybe not every minute, every hour;
but atleast once in 24 hours.
Those memories
I promised to reminisce, I do,
I keep my promises like I kept those scars.
