KEEPING QUIET

Keeping quiet
I have been ruining equations around me
It was past 3am and sleep was nowhere close to my eyes
There was a storm raging inside me
Mind was bombarding me with so many unanswerable questions
Somehow I’m convinced
Sadness is a natural human experience
I continued to write my heart out
I was flooded with memories
Early in the dawn
An eternal truth dawned on me
Silence is the loudest cry
Silence can speak volumes without even saying a word
Silence is not the absence of something
But the presence of everything

Lifted my eyes staring into endless emptiness
Over; the calmest I’ve been waiting for the whole day
Vacuous days pass into the weakest of loveless nights
Even the world could wait, Oh Beautiful unknown
Utopian dream of mine
My condensed universe
Over away from the planet
Street light of eternity
Timeless love enough for a light year
Knits together rags of this vagabond
Amongst all the odds
Never let me drown in despair
Nothing matches this star trail and smile
A gallop in the heart, ends with some silent breath
Maybe I'll fall for you, A thousand times over

VOYAGE OF LIFE

On every dreamy night with dark silence,
With sunken and drooping eyes
Exhausted in struggle to, sleep
I found myself puzzled
What I’m up to…?
I embrace myself
In dearth of peace
I question myself
What happiness means…?
Persuading psalms from my heart
Preached me a lot:
Peace lies within your principles
Loneliness only hurt you
When you miss your real-self
Reinventing myself
I fuel myself with contentment
Stepping into a celebration of life
My millionth reason to smile

You are all alone
Cuddling with chaotic choices
Tangled thoughts overflow from your head
All in vain; You end up in pain
Tears roll down over pale cheeks
Blood flows out like tears from sunken eyes
Far away by the east wind an unsought worm
An eastern ghost; knocks on your door; darkness looms
It sat on your chest, begins the battle of breath
An inert creature; maybe a divine wrath
Your fear is his friend
Dark clouds will leave your home soon
You shouldn’t give up, oh my friend
For those who wait for you to smile back in peace
Hope shouldn't set in your west
Everything will be ok soon

You are the one who can stop time for a while
One who can sense naked intent of mine
Every word, every sight
My happiest hallucination; pleasing pain
Filled with awe and amazement
Stupid eyes crave for a glance of my sleeping angel
Bound to your benevolence
Fond of your fragrance
Sleep got divorced;
Desperate eyes engaged in gazing your face
Hours together..... Years if possible
Love your company
Lying in your lap
Lost in calmness and peace
Far away from woes and wounds
Though I know
This is for a short while
Memories may haunt me until the last breath
You are the one who only could fill my heart

Rain; Oh! Weaverbird...

It sings in a dulcet tone;
The Monsoon wind
Mumbles with Ivy leaves
Caressing my worn face
Evoking sweet nostalgia;
Drizzling from the window; wiping my pain
Mizzling quietly with a damp, sweet secret;
Tears of joy of heaven, rinse off earthly grief
Raindrops hang like threads from cloud yarns
To weave Earth and skies together;
A tale of eternal love
Hushed soul filled with rhythm of rain,
When it stops raining;
Mist holds............
Oh Creator! Your creation cures me from the core

Fate or Providence are never reasons for any mishap
Negligence is the sole reason for all the havoc on earth
