"I am" is irrelevant as I can not identify me as the same person everytime. I am not who I was yesterday nor will I be the same version of the today's me, while I venture into the Future.
Who am I ? and who I want to be ?
This is the quest of my life.-
The only certainty in life is the incertitude.
After all life itself is an oxymoron.-
Past created them.
Present recalls them.
Future desires to relive them.
Memories, the perpetual ones.

You can regrette or cherish the past, hope or expect the future but to live and be alive, that's only the present !

But what about your physical self ?
It gives you the high you need,
But what about the aftermath ?

It's easy to say anything but difficult to do something. It's easy to promise things in words but to reflect it in actions, that's a different story. Look close, people say a lot of things but take only what they have really done in action, be cognizant of the difference.
