Being sensitive enough to feel everything,
Everything seems so intense & heavier,
Heavier to pull you down & soak you in the sea of emotions,
Emotions being too loud, barely handled by fragile mind,
Mind wandering in all directions needing an anchor to hold on,
Hold on to peace & calm down the over sensitive heart.
