The best way you can track how your thought's/thinking process has changed overtime is by reading the old conversation you have had on fb/WhatsApp. On reading you will see ..oh how naive I was or how stupid I was...after reading some of those you might feel like punching yourself..some will bring laughter on your face & on reading some of those, you will congratulate yourself for responding with utmost maturity.

On an after rain evening, I found myself lost on an unknown road. I tried to locate myself on GPS..suddenly cold breeze gushes through my hair & kissed my face. Unconsciously, I locked my phone & put it back in my pocket. For the next 5 mins, I forgot my whereabouts and enjoyed the passing breeze. If that's not called living the moment, what else would be.
