Today is something different
today is somewhere calm
the solitude of nature
and peace of atmosphere
very sound
the gratitude within
and soothing rhythm of the wind
this mesmerizing breeze
this breathe nowhere to be found
I just wanna freeze this moment
and live in it all my life
the serenity the sovereignty
free from all tensions, all chaos that arise
everything's just beautiful
everything free from kiosks
it's just the perfect time
to think what I just came across
maybe it is the perfect example
of fulfilment within emptiness
or maybe it makes me realise
that what God has actually given us
it's not just life..but it's the liveliness
of life which makes everything
loveable deep down from
dusk till dawn!

I just lie down on my bed and my mind starts thinking about tomorrow. This feeling of following the same monotonous routine everyday makes me sad. Although I am immensely grateful that I have things to keep me busy all day with a purpose but the actual purpose is nowhere to be found. I want to break this cycle and become a person who looks forward to the next day with pure excitement and joy. Hopefully one day I'll become that person.

definition of loyalty!

People want to tear us apart
Cuz they don't like the idea
Of us being together in this life's graffiti
They want to turn this graffiti in a door to hell
In this situation my bones are just left numb
And like a fish, his tail is bothering him too

प्रिय अक्टूबर,
मुझे याद है नए साल की वो पहली सुबह जब इसी सोच के साथ मैंने नए साल की शुरुवात की थी कि ये साल बाकियों से कुछ अलग होगा। ये साल मेरे लिए बहुत कुछ बदल देगा, इस साल के साथ मैं बदल जाऊंगी।
पर देखते ही देखते आज तुमने मेरे दरवाज़े पर दस्तक दे ही दी। यूं तो जनवरी से दिसंबर, सभी ज़रूरी हैं पर तुम मेरे दिल के सबसे क़रीब हो। जानते हो क्यों?
क्योंकि तुम जब भी मेरी जिंदगी में दस्तक देते हो तो एक उमंग लाते हो। चाहे ज़िंदगी में कितने भी अनचाहे मोड़ क्यों ना आ जाएं, तुम्हारे आने का एहसास ही काफ़ी होता है चेहरे पर मुस्कान लाने के लिए। नवरात्रि की धूम के साथ तुम्हारा आगमन होता है और दिवाली की रौनक लगाकर तुम विदा ले लेते हो।
तुम मेरे लिए वो इंसान हो जो जीवन में रहता चाहे कम समय के लिए हो, लेकिन उस समय को सबसे ख़ास बना देता है।
बस इसी तरह मेरी ज़िंदगी में बने रहना और समय-समय पर आकर ये एहसास दिलाते रहना कि ज़िंदगी कितनी भी मुश्किल क्यों न हो, अक्टूबर आकर चेहरे पर मुस्कान ले ही आएगा।

turns into a goal
because dreams are meant
to be dreamt whereas
goals are meant to
be accomplished.
