It is better to undergo a painful sacrifice
while you are building and maintaining
your body and mind in the right way
so you will not suffer from regrets
later in your life

Than to endure pain when your body and mind eventually need to repair and realign themselves
after a long time of enjoying the wrong way of a lifestyle that you chose to follow earlier in your life

when you do good,
anyone can put his trust in you
BUT...
even if you do good,
you can't just trust everybody

to keep my faith in God
during life struggles
and remember to give thanks
after getting through,
just like the Birds
happily singing
and celebrating
after a storm.

In this world of chaos
we can still choose
to rest and live in peace
before we leave and rest in peace

if a secret you shared in closed doors
only to the face of three
is known by another person
behind your back,
you don't need to be an expert
to solve a simple math...
accept the painful truth
that one, two or all three
of whom you have chosen to trust
is simply doing an inside job...

to get the feel
of a painful sacrifice
in building yourself
following a balanced
and disciplined lifestyle,
knowing that you are
in the right way...
... than later to live in pain
when you would have
to repair yourself
due to the result
of the life habits
that you chose to practise
despite knowing that you were
in the wrong way...

which is different from other creations.

So, to those who are called meek
and those who are proud and strong,
it is just the same for all.

That, when the heart cries silently,
God clearly hears each word
in every teardrop of sincerity and humility.

of whether you lose or win,
will both give yourself
the satisfaction of trying

It is easy for a human being
to simply accomplish a job,

But it is difficult to do the job
being human toward everyone.
