I was born with the perception that all people are good.

I used to believe that as long as i didn’t hurt anyone, no one would hurt me.

I used to think that people who say things, they really mean it.

And I used to look at things the way people show it and i never doubted anything.
By time, i got hurt to a point that i had to learn that not everyone has good intentions.
And some people won’t love you no matter how good you are and what you do for them...

Unfortunately,
I am more sensitive than I seem.
so if you think it didn't hurt me,
it did.
I just chose to stay quiet
and avoid drama.

அத்தனை கர்வமெல்லாம்
எனக்கில்லை
சண்டைகளில் நானே சமாதானம் செய்வேன்
பிரிவுகளில் நானே முதல் அடியை வைப்பேன்
சாத்திய அன்பின் கதவுகளுக்கு பொறுமையோடு காத்திருப்பேன்
விலகியவர்களை நானே தேடி உறவாக்குவேன்

இந்தச் சிறிய உலகில்

'நான்' என்னும் ஈகோவை சுமந்து
என்ன எஞ்சும்?
எனினும் நெஞ்சில்
ஒரு சிறு வருத்தம்
இல்லாமலில்லை
ஒருமுறையாவது
நீங்கள் என்னிடம்
இறங்கி வந்திருக்கலாம்
புகாரின்றி‌ அன்பின் பலிபீடங்களில் மீண்டும் மீண்டும்
தலைகொடுத்து நிற்பதற்கு
அவ்வளவு கருணை போதும்

Jo sajde mei rota Hai
use taqdeer pe rona nahi padega

They sometimes become our trials,
whom our hearts crown with loyalty.
Those we honor deepest in our
souls are often the ones
who sentence us to silence.

کبھی کبھی وہ آزمائش بنا دیتے ہیں،
جنہیں دل سے ہم مقامِ وفا دیتے ہیں،
بڑی عزت ہوتی ہے جن کی دل کی گہرائی میں،
وہی اکثر ہمیں خاموشی کی سزا دیتے ہیں۔

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرْآنِ،
وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى حِفْظِهِ وَتِلَاوَتِهِ وَفَهْمِهِ

O Allah! Make us among
the people of the Qur’an,
and help us to memorize it,
recite it, and understand it.

Duʿā for Protection from Manipulation and Harmful People"
اللّهُمَّ اكْفِنِيهمْ بِمَا شِئْتَ، وَكَيْفَ شِئْتَ، إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، وَاصْرِفْ عنِّي كَيْدَ الكَائِدِينَ، وَمَكْرَ المَاكِرِينَ، وَحَسَدَ الحَاسِدِينَ، وَظُلْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
O Allah! Suffice me against them as You will and how You will. Indeed, You have power over all things. Turn away from me the plotting of plotters, the deceit of deceivers, the envy of the envious, and the oppression of the oppressors

نہ اُن کی تلخی کا کوئی ذکر،
نہ لہجے کی سختی کا بیان،
بس ہمارا ردِعمل ہی بنا
اُن کے مظلوم ہونے کا نشان۔
سچ یہ ہے کہ ہم چپ رہتے تو ٹھیک تھے،
بولے تو الزام ہمارا،
قصور اُن کا فسانہ بن گیا۔

Manipulation is when they play
the victim by blaming you
for reacting to their
toxic behaviour
but don't discuss their disrespect
that triggered you.

Why is it always me who worries
that no one should feel hurt,
Why doesn't anyone ever think that
I might feel hurt too? 😔

Mujhe hi kyu khyaal aata hai
ki kisi ko bura na lage,
Kisi ko ye khyaal kyu nhi aata
ki mujhe bhi bura lagta hai
