To many...
Many find their Home,
Their Love in this very city...
And yet,

About how much they've lost,
In this very place...
To me,
Kolkata had been my home,
A place where I was structured to live,
Even with the bare minimum,
And yet have more than enough hope,
To go through another day...

তা সে আজকালকার,
২ সিকি পয়সায় কিনতে পাওয়ার মতো নয়।
ভালোবাসা এমন,
যে ভালোবাসার মানুষটি,
অনেক দূরে চলে গেলেও,
দূরে সরে যাবে না কোনোদিন।।।

বেচে থেকে যুদ্ধ করে যাওয়াটাই কঠিন,
সহজ তো মরে গিয়ে,
বাঁচতে কেমন ভাবে হয় শিখিয়ে‌‌ যাওয়া।
