Crowned with clouds
That have held rain so tight

That my surface has forgotten
It once was moist, healthy and fertile
It has forgotten that it was once a home
To pretty flowers
On which butterflies danced

Using the bricks
Of broken bits of me

You to sit beside the clock and watch the time pass by as a river flows. Reminiscing the good old days and letting all the bad memories get washed with time.

When I have to part ways from someone I've poured my heart out to, I wish I had never met them in the first place. The pain of leaving someone is immense than the pleasure of finding them.
