जब कोई पूछे, "क्या हुआ?"
शब्दों का सहारा लेना हमेशा सरल नहीं होता।
मन की गहराइयों में छिपा एहसास,
कभी-कभी खुद को भी समझा पाना मुश्किल होता है।
एक ये डर भी तो होता है,
कि कहीं अपनी बात कहकर किसी पर बोझ न बन जाएं।
अपनी उलझनों का भार दूसरों के कंधों पर रखना,
हमें खुद ही बेबस सा महसूस कराता है।
और ये सोच भी सताती है बार-बार,
कि कहीं कोई हमें शिकायती न समझ ले।
हर बार दिल खोलकर बोलने से बेहतर,
खामोशी की ओढ़नी पहनना लगता है।
हर जज़्बात की जुबां तो होती होगी,
पर कुछ भावनाएँ चुप्पी में ही सांस लेती हैं।
और फिर शब्दों के मायने भी तो सब समझते नहीं...
ये खामोशी कमज़ोरियों की परछाई नहीं,
बल्कि उस हिम्मत की झलक है जो चीखती नहीं।
हर एहसास को कहने की ज़रूरत नहीं,
कुछ बातें आंखों से, कुछ सांसों से कही जाती हैं।
और कभी-कभी, खामोशी के वो पल सुकून भरे होते हैं
जो हज़ार शब्द नहीं दे सकते।
क्योंकि खामोशी कोई खालीपन नहीं,
अपने भीतर का समंदर है।

विष्णु भी तुम, लक्ष्मी भी तुम
शिव भी तुम, पार्वती भी तुम
सृजन तुम, जीवन तुम, संहार भी तुम
आदि तुम, अनंत भी तुम
तुम ही हो प्रजापति

हां तुम
तुम, जो हो संपूर्ण।
