DREAMINESS

The bus conductor whistled and the bus moved..
She slid the window pane
and entered into an abode of tea gardens, street shops and paddy feilds
With music in her ears and nature on either sides,
she slid into her cocoon of dreaminess.
Suddenly she heard
another sharp whistle, she realised it's her station.
Back to time for reality.

Her rusty hostel room had no dim lights
She finally put the lights off,
expecting the darkness of the night to haunt her
Steadily a full moon peeked out of her window
Her smile embraced the silver glow
from the silver sun of the night.

She came at my place.. and I noticed her ring.. she laughed at said she got engaged an wanted to break the news to me..
I was so happy for her..
She told me.. " I invite u to my wedding in advanced "
The wedding date wasnt fixed she would let me know.
I was excited to attend my best friend's wedding..
Some months later I suddenly saw a WhatsApp status seeing my best friend in a beautiful wedding dress.
