"I can try. But what if I fail?"
"I will then break again."
"Do you have faith in me?"
"The same as what I have in the
Almighty".
"Oh, I am scared more now.
What if you break more than you ever were?
How would I breathe?"
"I will go away from you".
"That's all?"
"Yes, And within a while I will be back asking you the same thing".
"And that is?"
"Will you be my peace?"-
You may see the elegance at times
But you don't know the stubbornness behind it.
You may see the stupidity at times
But you don't see how I handle my anger.
You see the brave soul inside
But you don't know the tender heart which cried a thousand miles.
You see the sadness of my eyes
You cannot see the spark of it with you.
You see my calming waters
You don't know how they drown us both.

कभी धुँध से उभरता हुआ,
कभी बर्फ़ पर लेटा हुआ।
कभी रज़ाई ओढ़ कर मुँह पलट कर पढ़ता हुआ,
कभी किसी की नक़ल उतारता हुआ।
कभी गर्मी की धूप में अकड़ता हुआ,
तो कभी सर्दी में ठिठुरता हुआ ।
कभी बिना मतलब जलता हुआ,
कभी सबको ग़ुस्से से ताड़ता हुआ ।
कभी मुझे रूलाता हुआ,
तो कभी झगड़ते झगड़ते हँसाता हुआ।
तू मुझे अब किश्तों में ही याद है ।

My words seemed irrelevant.
My tears were artificial.
My promises looked fake.
You knew or
May be you never desired to know.
May be you never wanted such a strong love.
Fortunately/ Unfortunately,
My universe did revolve around you.-

If I'd make you my universe, would you stay?-
As I grow up, I get heavy.
Not by body.
By heart.
It's the heart which gets heavier.
Not by bones.
By memories.
And not by blood.
