Bhatke ho, ab Laut aao,
Tere bin Tera kaun yahan.
Timir mei na dikhe jyot-deep,
Tu savera thehra khud yahan.

Toote taaron ko kyun nihaarte,
Unke lautne ki gunzaayish na dikhe.
Dekho! Gulshan mei hai kaliyaan kitni,
Teri sugandh se sansaar mugdh karein.
