Calm to Chaos,
Lifetime memories to lifetime loss,
Happy innocent faces to mourning grief,
Falling to brutal death like a falling leaf!
Hands held, body cuddled few seconds ago,
Shot down lifeless & the blood flow(s)!
Seeing the helplessness & fear,
It was a massacre loud & clear!
Makes me sick to my stomach,
Surely it's not time to duck!
Rather bounce back even stronger,
We are weak no longer!
The haunting scenes will last forever,
as "Death of humanity", worst day ever!
Innocent, unarmed tourists returning in coffins,
The perpetrators will have to pay for their sins!
May the forcefully departed souls find purpose again,
And their families may find strength to move on again 🙏

Resting on my breast,

My baby's food & comfort I have been,
Creating a bond before never seen!!
Becoming one unit in the process,
Just perfect, not more or less!!
A feeling unexplainable & so pure
To any discomfort, it's the cure!!
2 years of this sheer joy & blessing,
Grateful for everything being!
Towards the end we are now leaning,
As we embark on the journey of weaning!!
It's tough & painful too,
But together anything we can do!!

Walking together, stopping together,
