If your mind tells you that you can't get through this, it's lying. If world tells you that you don't matter, it's lying. If people tell you that you are weak and you are making yourself suffer on purpose, they are lying—you are strong, you are doing your best. If you feel the night is long, I assure you dawn will break. If you feel you won't heal, I promise you will. Soon. I know it's painful, it kills to live and sometimes ending everything seems easy but hang in there. This shall pass. You'll get through this. You'll be stronger, better and loveable. Hang in there. We need you. We do.

The breeze embraces me,
Reminds me how we cuddled
For the first time.
Every touch,
Colder than the verglas,
Giving me jitters down the spine.
Your love,
Cold yet so addictive,
I don't desire sunshine anymore.
Winters and you, my love!
Sad, gloomy and cold.
Yet coveted by my heart,
The most.

Only if we could sensitize people before entering our space as easily as we sanitize them.

मुकम्मल हो कर भी हमारी कहानी अधूरी है,
पल भर दूर हो तुम, और सदियों की दूरी है।।

They say love happens only once in a lifetime, I don't believe it. You can fall in love over and again, numerous times; but the fact is nothing feels like falling in love for the first time. It's a little less beautiful every next time. Grateful I am, that you make me fall in love with you for the first time, almost everyday.

So many people walking through the door that leads to me, yet no one staying makes me believe that the idea of having me is more pleasing than actually having me.

When the shackles made of frustration suffocate me, I punch the walls in my living room to break them and end up breaking some bones. I throw the vase kept on my bedside table to the floor, reducing it to pieces, and I sleep on it. I smash the glass door with a chair and pick up a dagger to cut the skin off my neck. I do it all while lying on my bed and without lifting a finger. I wonder will it hurt the same or less, if it's done.

It worries me how everyone talks about heartbreaks and pain it causes but no one cares about the mental suffering one goes through right before heartbreaks. All the heartbreak stories I have heard or told, they always had something in common, everything in the beginning was beautiful and then, before anyone noticing anything, everything was ruined and hearts were reduced to pieces. Why no one talks about the things that cause the cracks which weakens the strongest hearts before shattering them? Probably because those things are too little to be noticed. A few missed calls, being a little less important to someone every new day or someone simply walking away so slowly that you don't hear the footsteps. But the problem with the hearts that have been broken and healed is that they can sense the cracks now. They recognise the road that leads to devastation. Nothing is too little for them to be noticed. It may sound like a super power to have but, in fact, it's a curse. Nothing can be more shattering than knowing you are going to die again soon and not knowing the 'when' but being certain about the death. You wait for it and, at the same time, wish that it doesn't happen.
