In his eyes I saw the storm I once was, I am calm now, only because the way he looks into my eyes like he anchored the wild in me without pulling me under.
His eyes were as deep as the sea endless, and full of light that made even the darkest depths feel safe.
He was like an ocean pulling me in with waves teaching me that love doesn’t need to roar to be powerful roar, it just needs a little splash.
I could love him like an ocean endlessly but I’d never let him drown in my storms.

What are we? Nothing, that is what are we But together we're everything, you and me Flashbacks still haunt me
Maybe my heart is beating in the hope that you still want me.
