Myself, Standing alone...
Even my shadow long gone...

I feel my emptiness, even having everything in a trunk...
Everything is useless, so I am treating them like junk...

In the darkness, I find myself all alone...
Even my shadow, long gone...

If love were the currency
and heart were the unit
Then we would have saying...
"Give me that jacket for 3 heart Love-
-No sir 4 heart love is the cost price"

To find the relaxation
To imagine the freedom

পুরুষতান্ত্রিক সমাজের ভয় দেখিয়ে,
নিয়ম নিষ্ঠা অনুশাসনের বন্দুক মাথায় ঠেকিয়ে,
ভেবেছিলে আমাদের পথ আটকে দেবে...

আমরা নারী,
আমরা সেই ফিনিক্স যে ছাইয়ের মধ্যে থেকে জেগে ওঠে,
একটু সময়ের অপেক্ষা শুধু।।

আমরা হয়ে থাকি বট গাছের ডালের সেই ছোট্ট পাখির বাসাটি, যে কখনো সেই গাছটি ছেড়ে যায় না।
