வாடிய பசியால்
கன்னங்கள் ஒதுங்கி
கண்கள் இருட்ட
செவிகள்―உலகின் இரைச்சல் மட்டுமல்லாது
என் உறுப்புகளின் கதறலையும் செவிமடுத்தன...

பணமின்றி பசியால் நான் தவிக்க
பணமிகுதியால் ஓர் கூட்டம்
குப்பைத்தொட்டியை உணவால் அலங்கரித்ததை
என்னவென்று சொல்ல?!

வலியும் விரக்தியும்
ஒன்றோடொன்று
சண்டையிட்டு என்னை
விழுங்க நினைக்கையில்
பசிமறந்து, மயக்கம் தெளிய,
கடைசி பாகமாய்,
ஒரு சொட்டு தேநீர்
வேண்டி―நான்!

That night of beer, bong, and F.R.I.E.N.D.S
almost drunk,
I felt you... a moment
guided my hands,
on you,
the warmth,
that was against me,
I sensed your being⁠—behind
amused by accidental intimacy
The faint fragrance
of whatever it is
your body had,
turned me on.
There you were,
almost ready,
but then,
apologized,
and left me hanging in there!

The tears of my heart’s melodies,
Brightens my life.
The words of my love,
Were written and shared.

The love that consumes me..

To fall in love and forget the whole world? Think of nothing except the one you love, break rules, forget to eat or sleep, forget your family, friends, work, career, and everything except your love? Been there. Done that.

So, the love that consumes me — books!

What is it that a book can offer me? Comfort when I'm upset and Candy when I'm happy. For some people, love is what they share with a person or rather a living being. For me, books!

Storms in my Coffee Cup

Strangely, those were the days when I say, "I don't know where she is" was considered a doubting statement..

We both were pretty close. If you hurt her, I'll kill you close... Who would've thought, we will become strangers?

I woke up at 4 AM last night. Although the air around me seemed damp and my senses saying it was just cold, it felt like you. It felt like I've been touching and smelling you. I fought my urge to text you to tell I miss you.

I'd just woken up from a dream. A dream of you. A dream of us.

I do that often. Dream of us.

In my dreams, you always look at me that makes the entire world around me melt and with quiver I've always had my eyes on you. Just you.

I always pull away from your kiss, and say,
"This is all I ever really wanted."
