मैं लिखता हूँ -

जहाँ चाँद सूरज को छू सके,

They might pay you in some wrong way to vote for them ; but having a wrong government in place and having wrong people occupying serious positions in government, you pay it with your life and freedom -

a) with your life by living in constant fear of undue harassment by law enforcement agencies, like police etc. ; and

b) with your freedom by losing civil liberties, particularly freedom of speech and expression.
