In my heart we are always counting the stars in the night and dancing our heart out during the sunlight!

Journaling has changed my life in so many good ways. At the first I was afraid that I won't be able to keep up writing every single day as it is a huge commitment and then when I thought my head is at many places and need to calm down and dedicate some time for myself that's when I started my journaling journey and there is no looking back.
How bojo has helped me?
* Everyday I ensure to write what I am grateful, this has made me realise to concentrate only on the good.
* Times when I am vulnerable, it has helped me put my thoughts on paper without being judged.
* Helped me concentrate on what's my priority! Helped me set up actionable tasks and timeline.
* Helped me keep track of the #meals, every single time I cooked anything new, I ensured to write it, so that I don't have to brainstorm later.
*Helped me form habits that I have been longing too from very long time.
* Review how my entire month passed and what I am grateful for!-
When you realise things are getting difficult for you, know that it's only because there is a room for improvement.

Now that I stare at the clear sky and
phosphenes starts its affair to carve your beautiful smile,
I see it paints the smile on my face too..
But then part of you starts fading
Just like the clouds do
With that you will see my face is dull too..
Isn't it insane what imagination can do?
It just gave peace for minute or two..-
