An Apology

If sorry doesn't suffice
What else should I do;
Please emphasize!
Will diamonds work,if not roses?
To soothe your emotional bruises
Or is it choco-chips that'll do
Please tell me,
I'll order them too.
Okay; I'm sorry for that nasty joke
I promise , I'll never again poke
Now say something,coz your silence is making me choke
I'll really be glad ,if you spoke.
Should I sing some emotional saga
To remind you of our 'dosti ka dhaga'
Or will a short poem lighten up your mood
Tell me, I'll do even that for you dude.
See ; Now your anger has gone too far
I've apologized so much,so far
I again say that I'm sorry
But even that doesn't suffice
What else should I do

मां का दिल,
जैसे सागर;
और दिल में छुपा प्यार,
जैसे सागर कि बूंदे;
उन्हें गिनना नहीं है
बस उसमें छुपी ज़िन्दगी को महसूस करना है।

मां की डाट,
जैसा रास्ते का ठोकर;
और डाट के आसूं,
जैसे ठोकर की चोट ;
चोट ने दर्द दिया ,पर सबक भी।

मां की हंसी,
जैसे गुलाब - जामुन;
और हंसी में छुपी खुशी,
जैसे गुलाब - जामुन की मिठास।
और
मां की मौजूदगी,
एक बिन मांगा तोहफा;
जिसकी अहमियत बयां नहीं की जा सकती।

"SWAGGY STAR"
I entered the room,scared and pale
Wondering in my mind,of what might prevail
And then I saw someone
Looking lively and calm,
With no fear, or any qualm.

I wished to talk,but did not stir
Wondering what thoughts
My talks may confer;
So I stood at a corner,
Looking scared and pale
When Madam came,
In crop-tops and painted nails.

One- by-one,
She summoned us all
Petrified;I waited for my emotional downfall;
But ,to my surprise
What I saw next
Was a blessing in disguise

I saw someone
Chilled than ice
And cooler than breeze
And suddenly
My fear and fright
Seemed to cease

It was you,my" swaggy star"
Who made me laugh
Harder and louder
Than I had done so far
And
All I can say is that
Please don't change,not even for a while
Coz you really are one of a kind
And I thank u for setting me free,
My Dearest and loveliest

जब मसाले कि छौंक से प्यार की खुशबू आए,
तो समझ जाओ की घर पहुंच गए।

बिरहा का दर्द मन में ऐसा आया,
मानो मन का खिला फूल मुरझाया,
मानो सावन के मौसम में
सूखे का अकाल आया,
मानो खिले चांद के चेहरे पर
काला बादल मंडराया;
बिरहा का दर्द मन में ऐसा आया।

If my body could talk, it'd say
Protect me from demons,
Help me breathe,
Let me be the way i am
And
Accept me wholeheartedly.

In the lap of night
Rises the good, and the bad;
The dreams and the nightmares;
Dreams born out of delight
And
Nightmares born out of fear.
