Open corridors.
A sunny balcony with flower pots.
The air in our room still stuffy in the month of may.
I open my eyes to a few feeble sun ray.
Then turn around to hug you in sleep.
You move with my touch, faint mumble on your lip
Your nimble fingers rise and under them I slip.
Second time when I open my eyes, I see you sitting right beside.
Scrolling through your phone in a joyful Sunday home.
You look at me and then you smile...till date it puts an arrow right inside.
You put down your phone and snuggle up some more.
Maybe kisses this time...before we doze.
The next time I open my eyes,
I see you sitting on the chair,
have taken a bath - in wet hair,
Your legs casually resting with mine.
That is my life. I want it now. Give it back to me.
Or just tell me how!?
