Love sets you free, it doesn't bind you to a person, thing or an idea. It gives you the power to take on the entire world yet be humble enough to never act upon it. It gives you the wings to fly and the inclination to stay grounded. It makes you be everything and nothing at the same time. You may choose to walk away from it but it will follow you everywhere.

You have to create your own versions of heaven to stay happy in life...instead of living in someone else's hell.

Today marks one year to the day I was told that I am going to lose my job. I remember crying halfway to home while driving. I felt a sudden passion towards my goals in the other half and by the end of the ride home I was smiling. Believe me, the smile after a hell lot of tears is something everyone should experience at least once in their lives. The purpose of my life became crystal clear to me. It's been a year since that fateful day, and I am very thankful to God for making me see what was required. This post is a homage to 2 May 2024 ❤️

I still see beauty in sunsets..
I cry seeing a dog in pain..
I love lying on top of mountains under a blue sky and wondering what a beautiful world God has gifted us with...
And when the sky turns orange, it brings a piece of nostalgia which I can't remember if I have lived...
I love dancing in the rain with the raindrops touching my face...
Happiness is made of simple things and I am grateful to be an observer, outside and within...
