It's not your buttering behaviour
It's not your faking smile
It's your inner self and empathizing nature that matters
Only it matters what you have become in person

"वो" जिनका दिल टूटा होता है ना..
दूसरे के दिल का ख्याल बखूबी रखते है
क्योंकि वो उस दर्द से वाकिफ़ होते है..
जो कोई और नही जानता..।।

उनसे भी बुरा हाल है हमारा
फिर भी उनका हाल पूछ लेते है हम
खुशियों की तो बात ही छोड़ो
बड़े-बड़े गमो पर भी मुस्कुरा देते है हम

यादें मिटती है क्या...
सालो बाद भी..
तस्वीरें तो कहती है..
नही
बातें नही होती..
मुलाकातें भी नहीं..
पर कभी बैठो पुरानी एलबम लेकर..
या कोई तस्वीर जो अचानक ही मिल जाती है
दीवाली की सफाई करते हुए..
या लैपटॉप के किसी फ़ोल्डर में
बीते हुए पल लौट आते है..
मानो अभी कल की ही बात हो❤️

दिन भर के इंतज़ार से थक गया है मन
पर अब भी दिल के किसी कोने में उम्मीद है
की उसे मेरी याद तो आएगी

साल भर कुत्ते-बिल्लियों की तरह लड़ने-झगड़ने के बाद
इक दिन ही तो प्यार जताना है
पर दिल कहता है... ये भी सही है..

हर किसी को चाहिए..
ख्याल रखने वाला शख्स
जिसका ख्याल रखना पड़े...
वो शख्स भला किसे चाहिए..।।

Being alone is quite beautiful
You become more soulful
You can hear your every beat
The sound of your heart..
When it contracts and relax
The sound of your breath
When you inhale and exhale
Every sound feels quite louder
Even the sound of air through ventilation
This is the beauty of isolation
Where you can connect with
Nature and your inner self
You don't need any kind of attention
Not any kind of help
The most relaxing.. and the most beautiful
When you are your own companion
Your body and soul get healed
