कितनी परतें

ना जाने कब से
ना जाने कहाँ से
आत्मा पे चढ़ गयीं
इतनी परतें ॥

कुछ ग़म की
कुछ डर की
कुछ दर्द की
कुछ तन्हाई की ॥

कब तक उतारें
कब तक कुरेदें
ये नाकामयाबी
ये धोखे, ये फ़रेब की
अनगिनत परतें ॥

क्या पता कब कहाँ
कौन सी गिरह
साँस की डोरी
को ही तोड़ दे
मन की गिरहें खोल दो ॥

शायद कहीं

हो गयी

कुछ बाक़ी है

कुछ शांत सा
तन्हाई का संगीत ॥

They would be feather light
They would twinkle and dance
The stars with wings
Would be love and light
Would be fairies and angels
If stars had wings !!

सपने देखती है रात
दिल में है
ना जाने कौन सी बात
कौन से हैं हालात
कौन से हैं जज़्बात
ना जाने कौन सी है बात

Accompanied by all sorts of vibes
Varied moods and varied shades
When at times people are home

Self love.
There is nothing wrong in
Living for your own happiness .
There is nothing wrong in
Letting go of the hurtful past .

Opening your wings and flying .
