Few a times, I feel this
Dark, pit where I lose myself.
Now I wonder,Was it just an illusion,
Or did I lose me ?
For I can just find darkness
And me wrapped in the black !

Studied hard for good grades
Realised that wasn't enough.
Wrote her heart out in the hope that
Will touch their hearts as well.
Danced till her ankles sprained
Came to know bruises were not enough.
Never realised she grew from a girl to woman,
Still waiting to just get accepted
By the very own lifelines !
