You were my pride
Not just a reader,
Who used to go beyond the meaning of my words,
Dive into the pool of their depth
And see my agony behind writing them.
(In my dreamy world)
But you always appreciated me
As others would do.
Had you asked me "How are you?"
each time after deciphering some tears on paper,
those tears could start disappearing...
You didn't, I waited.
I waited for you to come and caress my trembling hands
holding a pen to write more pain.
And say, "I'm here to listen to you!"
You didn't, I waited.
I waited thinking perhaps you want this writer to venture on a long journey,
Never stop,
And see the whole world through her pen.
You never discussed it.
I waited.
And one day...
the myth that you cry with my tears broke down.
Actually, you could never infer the woe of my poetry.
You were among those readers, who read and appreciated without relating the paper with its pen.
And the journey continued...-
Tai to yahi tha ki rona nahi hai aaj
Ashko se aanchal ko bhigona nahi hai aaj
Ye jo dard kar raha hai aur jakhmi har pal
Shart ye hai ki isko bhulna nahi hai is bar
Khud ko koi dilasa nahi dena
Ki bahar jakar dekh lu mai dard me leen kuch chehre
Har dard ka ilaaj hai mustakbil me, par shart hai ki koi dava nahi pini aaj
Tai to yahi hai ki rona nahi hai aaj
Kisi bhi yaad me khona nahi hai aaj
Jarurat thi to the log, par nahi hai aaj
Lahu behta ho to behne do, par koi shikayat nahi aaj
Jaane wale chale jate, rukne Wale teher jate
Sawal ye ki jo chale gaye kya sach me nahi? Jo hai kya hai kya sach me ab sun rahe?
Nahi koi sawal n koi shikayat aaj
Tai to yahi tha ki rona nahi hai aaj!
Ye to ahista ahista ashk beh rahe
Koi marham nahi chahe ho jakhm kitne gehre
Nahi shikwa nahi na kehna kuch kisi se
Khamosh rehna hai tamam koshishon ke baad aaj
Tai to yahi tha ki rona nahi hai aaj...-
मेरे जाने के बाद
जब भी तुम मुझे याद करना,
पहले मुस्कुराना
फिर मेरा नाम लेना,
और मुझे याद करना कि
थी एक पागल सी लड़की
जो सबको हसाती थी,
अब कान्हा जी को हसा रही होगी।-
कभी-कभी जिस सुकून की तलाश में हम भागते है
और उस तक पहुंच भी जाते है
तो वह हमे इस कदर जख्मी कर देता है...जिसका मरहम कोई/कुछ नही!-
Na ab shikayaten hai kisi se,
Na ummiden bachi hai!
Na bair kisi se,
Na hi koi khaas dosti bachi hai!-
Thake se kuch alfaz mere
Intezar kar rhe hai
Koi mile kashti inhe
Jo le chale is shor se kahi door-
वो कहते है लिखो, दिल थोड़ा हल्का होगा...
क्या सच में इतना आसान है दिल को यूं समझाना?-

We live everyday.
