Somewhere far,
The wind just touched the blades of the corn;
Ever so lightly,
Like a gentle tap on the shoulder of a dear friend!
You can also almost sense,
the palpitation in the heart of that tiny wave, in the vast ocean.
It’s a newborn and about to crash on the shore;
But then, it would be born again!
Unafraid and untameable,forging ahead
In light and in dark.
I see the sun,
bathed in a red and golden hue;
Kissing the horizon.
I wonder how that feels!
To meet in the gloaming, only to part ways, just the very next moment.
And then begins the wait;
The wait, to repeat the sequence.
A cornucopia of miracles,
Is what unfolds every moment,
Taking away a few breaths of yours,
unbeknownst to you!
They are like secrets,
between the little missed parts of your existence and the universe.
•
An esoteric truth that remains a mystery to you.
The mystery of impermanence!
