Walking through the corridors of time
I get a glimpse of lips that seem familiar
Those lips that kinda seem to hide a question behind them
Fretful of what could reach my ears
I chose not to engage any deeper
Just like the silent bird in flight .

It's crazy how one person can change our lives
But
How to tell,
That it's them ?
Looking back from the other side,
A story saying of who you are
But
How to believe,
If that's the one ?
Such a perfect mess
This love, loss and all of life .
And at these new crossroads
Confusion coils around my mind,
Just as the clarity of my needs
Walk towards me.
And that's simply heart clenching !-
Imperfections
In a roller coaster ride of emotions
flooding this life without a notice
its scary.
it's scary,
to slow down for awhile.
its so so scary,
to start something anew.
its all so scary
to see through the uncertainty.
nevertheless
I gotta give it a try !

I wish to grow !

so to live.
live life to its fullest !

On a Real Note
Passing through the noises of this life,
here I am,
with bits of me being known &
with lots of me being unknown,
and just like that,
a serious judgment silently fills the void.
A void,
that makes me go all weary.
and then they all say, ' communication is the key' !
but then sometimes I wish,
to be understood through my silence,
to be welcomed through my tears,
to be cherished through my scars,
to be loved for all that I am,
simply bcos,
sometimes I too wish to feel alive !
Alive,
just as the veil lifts off the illusion
by the one I wish to call as ' mine ' !

Standing on the edge of new beginnings,
Hymns of fear validate my doubts
As I wonder,
What is easy ?
'To fall in love or to fall out..?'
And that's when I remember your smile .
A kinda joy that keeps me drawn to you.
But as a secret I keep it to myself,
As I wonder,
'Is it too late to walk back or
Is it too early to think so far..?'
Nevertheless,
I choose to move on gracefully
To the rhythm of life that sings,
'Never once doubt on what you love'.

Standing at the altar,
I see mysterious eyes ;
Eyes - that's where the person is,
A kind of beauty that returns good for evil!
Well,
Not like it previously hasn't stunned me .
I see a bright smile ;
Smile - that's where the soul is,
A kind of joy that commands and consumes you!
Well,
Not like it previously hasn't overwhelmed me.
And to a lot more I see in you at this hour,
I simply feel numb to this fact of being 'us'.
For here I have in mind,
A flashback of the times we've spend together all this while.
But what makes it special at this hour,
Is the very presence of the 'altar' amidst us.
And now I see & believe once & for all,
That miracle is in a man !
That God's gift is in a man !
And that man is mine !
Now and forever and ever ....-
With new desires springing to life,
I lay restless for hours.
Living far from the old promises,
I lost track of what it takes to believe again.
Breathing in the air of new anxieties,
I lock my peace in total submission.
Oh my Soul,
Where is your heart ?
Where is your home ?
Are you too naive
To unsee all your scars
Or
Are you too broken
To foresee misery in all your ways
Oh my soul,
Hold on for a little more !
For this is just a passing thing,
A wilderness making way to a new home!

Teasing the laugh of my last dreams
You make mornings so blissful.
Lying your face on my lap and
Loosing yourself to the warmth of silence
You make nights so peaceful.
And in all the other little things you do
To keep us together,
You simply are a miracle of my life that
I risk loosing myself to.
For you make me believe in a love
That exists in so much more than a romantic partner.-
