Any vast expanse of water we see, makes us wonder its depth,
though we have no intention of diving into it...
In the same way, we judge every person we meet, though we have no intention of diving into a connection with them.

As I stood looking in the mirror....
And I wondered why?
Cause the mirror was clean
And the lighting was clear
Then why was my reflection so hazy?
Suddenly I realised that it was my eyes
They were filled with tears...
And I also realised,
Reflection is not just 'what' we see,
It's 'how' we see, that makes a difference!

Friend??
I think this is the most overrated term in English
cause most of us don't even know what it means
We call every known person our friend,
But are they?!
If each of us do have a real friend
Why then would we need to seek therapy?
If you claim you are someone's true friend
then pause a moment, and think, when did you both have a heat to heart conversation?
If you think you are a friend,
then reach out, go beyond the 'I'm ok's'
A true friend should be able to sense
the truth behind the smile
and be willing to walk the extra mile
or else put an end to this friendly pretense.

Musing at my life
Gazing at the still waters...
Ripples following the wind's direction,
I realise,
Is this not what life is?
We just have to go with the flow...
There's surely some force
That's taking us towards some destination...
So should we stop and wonder
Or just trust and flow with the tide?

Once the butterfly gets its wings, no one remembers it's struggle, what it had to break away from and how it transformed.
Neither does the butterfly
carries around the weight of its past.
It just flies away, freed at last from its cocooned existence.
