APOLOGY

A serene silence surrounds my mind
My heart skips a beat
The moment I think of losing you
Tears prepare themselves to flood my eyes

I know it's just a misunderstanding
I know, you know, we both are wrong
But we both are uncompromising
With rigid views and resolute passion

My unwavering mind was ruling my thoughts
My emotions lied lifeless like a corpse
I tried to conquer my mind
And finally, my sanguine heart took control

I started fishing my soul
I found my love for you and not selfdom
That nudged me to approach you
I said "I am sorry" and you answered "I forgive you"

That subtle soothing smile on your face
With your glistening gaze seeking pardon
Melted the wall of ice which was shrouding my emotions
And I forgave you without you asking for

A gentle breeze of tranquillity fondled me
I could feel a strange sense of satisfaction
The joy of apologising dominated my weeping soul.....

Men will be Men

How apt this line is.......

Men will be men even in times of a crisis. People are dying due to a lack of oxygen, ventilators and ICU beds but men will be men. They will kill innocent lives just for the sake of winning or losing a election. There is no one to take responsibility of what has happened. Men will be men. They will play blame games without an iota of regret or compassion. The pictures and videos of party workers abusing people, raping women and burning, lives and properties is horrifying. But, Men will be men.

They are sadists and non-compassionate.
They are demons in the attire of humans.

Feeling empty inside...

I wake up every day...I work and smile and live
But deep inside I guess something is missing.....
The day passes without any passion
The night comes with silence shrouded with darkness....

I feel a vacuum buried inside me
It devours my essence slowly
I think I am empty inside, no will no excitement
I wish I had something to live for
Which would pump zeal to my spirit

My soul is in search for a "WHY"
Which would quench my thirst for vigour
My heart craves for a reason
Which would make my life life......

THE MOMENT I FELL IN LOVE.....


A queer silence surrounded the atmosphere....
I realised that my emotions had transmuted to love.....
The incarcerated soul of mine was liberated......
My heart thumped inside my chest.....

I wish you sense its agony and heal it with love.......

You filled my life with a vivacious tint......
Your tranquil gaze tampered my chaste link......

A person ready to listen to everybody's problems and ever ready to solve them is herself in need of someone to talk to....

A person who pacifies every one with her soothing words is looking around everywhere for someone to listen to.....

Her soul is shedding tears........which are falling on the ground like storms of hail......

She is weak and timid and meek.......
She's broken and deserted......
She's sad and dead.......
She's not the hitherto strong and maverick girl in the room......
She's neither in need of love nor care nor pity......
She just desires to go away from these worldly cravings....far from the vices and evil.....far from hatred....
