Cigarette

A passage to escape,
Love for this creature is to vape,
Through the corridors of absent walls,
Comes a smell of burning souls,
It's demise will maybe tell the story untold,
A soft action of the heartless,
When it lit the flames,
To burn down those incidents,
In the past which are kept fold.

That touch...
A touch that made you forget the world around you,
made butterflies fly through your whole body—
a touch that was the first of its kind.

28 MAY AT 23:00

...I didn’t blink.
Didn’t ask.
Like an beer can with feelings,
I said it yes.

You’d call me dumb.
A clown. A fool.
But my love wore no armor,
And that was its rule.

And here I was shopping for him
Hoping from end to end
Knowing all of this
How could I stoop so low
It hit me hard
Turned my back to that coward

He giggled—
"Even after marriage,
We could still meet, you know..."
That smile, that smirk—
God, it hit me low.

That moment—he fell.
From god to ghost.
From muse to meme.
From love... to roast.

....She worked in four walls.
So did I.
My salary? Higher.
My shirts? Ironed.
My skin? Fair.
His? Dark like late-night chai.

But his parents liked her.
She spoke less. Smiled more.
Didn’t challenge, didn’t cry.
And somehow, he got the bride—
And I was left to ask,
Why?

He ghosted me like love had died.
I wept into pillows I pretended were pride.
Then came that call—
Like thunder after drought.

"Will you help me with the mess?" he said.
"For my dress, for my gifts.
It’s my engagement day."
(Yes, you read that right.)

The Last Call
— A funny, foolish, and final poem of love

He stopped calling—
Just like that, one day.
No warning, no goodbye,
Like love was some ringtone
He’d grown tired to play.

Then I heard—
A girl had come to “see” him.
Not God, not fate,
Just another job-holding creature.

He frowned, rebelled,
But only with me.
To the rest, he bowed like a traditional tree.
And I, the idiot, still dared to believe—
"Is this love?"
I hope not. Please.

Destination of love

What is the path, what is the way?
Does love have a place where it must stay?
When Meera sang with soul so pure,
Did she seek a goal, or something more?
Radha's heart beat with divine delight,
Yet she never asked for vows in sight.
Rukmani longed for Krishna's hand,
But love alone was her sacred stand.
Is marriage truly love's last mile?
Or is it found in a tear... a smile?
Love, you see, needs no set end,
It doesn't ask the world to bend.
To love someone and lose your pride,
To feel their pain and walk beside,
To give your all, yet ask for none-
That's where true love has begun.
Love is a truth, forever whole,
It lives in hearts, and it feeds the soul.
No need for journeys far above-
For love itself is the destination of love.

One- sided Love

Love, so selfless, asks for none,
Content to shine like the morning sun.
She watched him grow, wishing him the best,
Yet in his heart, she found no rest.
How it must have shattered her soul,
To see him leave lackadaisically.
The one she cherished, the one she adored.
Left her waiting, yet never implored.
Hours she spent, longing in vain,
Sitting upon their old home's ledge,
Where was laughter once built an unspoken pledge.
He spoke, she listened, hearts intertwined,
Yet now those moments were left behind.
Did he forget? Did love just fade?
Or was she the only one who stayed?
Should he not have asked her along?
Did he not hear her silent song?
Yet still, she waited, unwavering true,
Her love unyielding, though he never knew.
Even as death knocked at her door,
A flicker of hope in her eyes she bore.
For love so deep, though left unseen.
Still longed for steps that once had been.

Dard saath na rhna ka ho ya durr rhne ka..
Farq kya h..
Pyaar tu kare ya main
Farq kya h..
Naraz hone par tu manaye..
Ya gussa hone par main hassau .
Farq kya h..
Pehla izhaar mera ho... ya pehle shuraat tere ho..
Farq kya h..
Khushi ke aansu tere aankhon main ho ya ehssas k mere ..
Farq kya h..
Tu mujhe bina bole samjh jaaye ya main shor machakar tujhe batau..
Farq kya h..

So much of unbearable pain
What are we seeking? What is my gain?
When it’s just the existence
it’s only patience

Few sweet words and gestures
sharing love in the bliss
We don't know when it’s gonna end
When this pain will mend.
But let me try, let me cry...
