Lead and show how it is done instead of telling ways it could be achieved,

Give freedom to be be creative instead of curbing the freedom to get the routine outcome

Micro manage and your team will loose the courage to own their task and will become transactional

Discipline is the key and amongst the first steps for a team to follow to succeed

Encourage enlightened team members instead of those who are habituated to agree each and every thing you say

Being popular isn’t important but being logical while leading is absolutely needed

Stay grounded, remember your journey when you started and it will help you remain grounded always.

Just learn to focus on the right thing and ignore those filled with hypocrisy!!!

Reality or the Truth

All your corporate policies defining performance and behaviour are not for the leadership clan,

All your Government policies rules and regulations are not meant for politicians for them there always is incentive plans.

The custodians in both cases are quick to implement rules and initiate action on the defaulters,

But either shake hands or just ignore when it comes to reprimanding their sin dipped masters!!!

Being good mostly ends up with the feeling of being used,

Goodness is no guarantee of happy ending!!!

Fake wins, seeing the reality is a sin.
Be selective and see what you need,
What’s evident isn’t to be believed.
Feel glorified by what isn’t achieved,
But what’s there so clear to all isn’t seen.
A mockery to wisdom indeed,
This is time and it’s limited!!!

When you declare yourself too early as victorious and successful,

All that happens is nothing but mockery of this all around.

There is never a day which appears settled,
The reason is the mind that already has defined what is settled.

The moment mind learns to not live in future or the past,
Life changes becomes more acceptable appears more brighter like fresh new start!!!

Someone should soon award the current POTUS

The award for quickly declaring ceasefire on behalf of two different nations fighting and who have not yet agreed for it.

By having this award we are not sure if world will be at peace but his mind for sure will be!!!

The world citizens are mocked by the stalwart leaders,
The wars are scam without objective and futuristic approach.

The main drug is the power that keeps them all high,
It then doesn’t matter that to remain in it how much of civilian blood flows!!!

That one day travel to a remote lush green serene place refreshes you for the coming months,

Such is the power of connecting with Nature while getting simultaneously disconnected with the material world!!!
